Spiller a running back from Clemson has the NCAA record with 7 kickoff return on the first play of the game for a touchdown. Kellen Moore quarterback for Boise State has the best quarterback rating of 168.8.Tim Tebow quarterback for Florida is a fan favorite and had a great victory over rival Florida State. Others that have received votes are Jacquizz Rodgers of Oregon State, Case Keenum of Houston, Ndamukong Suh of Nebraska and Dexter McCluster of Ole Miss.
